Delivering good customer service just like every other company will not set your company apart, ahead or above the other millions of companies who are trying to get your customer's dollar.

BUT unbelievable customer service does!
Unbelievable customer service is founded on a couple of non-earth shattering and basic concepts. The essence of unbelievable customer service is forming a relationship with customers - a relationship which individual customer feels that he would like to pursue.

To Make Changes Works for You, Follow These 4 Strategies

1। Do not react but instead do respond.

What is the difference between reacting and responding? When you react, you feel and act without thinking. When you respond, you think first, suspend your automatic judgment and then you choose your emotions as well as your actions. People have a tendency to react to change by thinking the worst and imagining undesirable outcomes. “Life as I know is now over!”

2। Engage your personal power।

Engaging your personal power is about reaching inside yourself to find the willingness to change, to persevere and to help others। It is about maintaining a positive approach in your thoughts, words and emotions so that you stay energized and ready for new challenges. Your personal power will be greatly enhanced if you maintain your sense of humor and keep your business and personal life in balance.

3। Acquire facts and information।

Be proactive about your situation। Learn all you can about the change and why it is taking place। Do not be afraid to ask questions to help you determine where you are in relation to where the organization is going। Do your research। Find out which products and services are current। Learn more about your industry and the current trends in your marketplace। Having accurate information gives you a stronger feeling of control over what you can do and who can help you move toward your potential future।

4. Leverage your skills and abilities.

When you are confident about your abilities and the talent you bring to the workplace, change will be less threatening. Constantly inventory the skills you have and pay attention to changing requirements in your field. When you find a gap, close it. If your skills are current and in demand you are employable.

Happy Married Life

"What is the secret behind your happy married life?"

He said, "You should share responsibilities with due love and respect to each other
Then absolutely there will be no problems।

" I asked, "Can you explain?"

He said, "In my house, I take decisions on bigger issues where as my wife decides on smaller issues. We do not interfere in each other's decisions."

Still not convinced, I asked him "Give me some examples"

He said, "Smaller issues like which car we should buy, how much amount to save, when to visit home town, which Sofa, air conditioner, refrigerator to buy, monthly expenses, whether to keep a maid or not etc are decided by my wife.

I just agree to it"

I asked,

"Then what is your role?"

He said,
"My decisions are only for very big issues. Like whether America should attack Iraq, whether Britain should lift sanction over Zimbabwe, whether to widen African economy, whether Sachin Tendulkar should retire etc. Do you know one thing, my wife NEVER objects to any of these.

Ask God

I asked God to take away my habit.
God said, No.
It is not for me to take away, but for you to give it up.

I asked God to make my handicapped child whole.
God said, No.
His spirit is whole, his body is only temporary

I asked God to grant me patience.

God said, No.Patience is a byproduct of tribulations; it isn't granted, it is learned.

I asked God to give me happiness.

God said, No.
I give you blessings; Happiness is up to you.

I asked God to spare me pain.
God said, No.
Suffering draws you apart from worldly cares and brings you closer to me.

I asked God to make my spirit grow.
God said, No.
You must grow on your own, but I will prune you to make you fruitful.

I asked God for all things that I might enjoy life.
God said, No.
I will give you life, so that you may enjoy all things.

I asked God to help me LOVE others, as much as He loves me.
God said...Ahhhh, finally you have the idea.

If you love God, send this to ten people and back to the person that sent it.

THIS DAY IS YOURS DON'T THROW IT AWAY

May God Bless You,

"To the world you might be one person,
But to one person you just might be the world"

"May the Lord Bless you and keep you,
May the Lord Make his face shine upon you,
And give you Peace......Forever"

"Good friends are like stars...
You don't always see them, But you know they are always there.

Good HabitTURN OFF their PC's before Leaving OFFICE /Home PC

*To all those who do not TURN OFF their PC's before Leaving OFFICE - Dr.A.P.J.Abdul Kalam*
Most of us in the IT field, used to do one thing before leaving for the day from office,
Press Ctrl+Alt+ Del and leave to home happilii

That means your PC is still on॥
One normal PC in the sleeping mode (Hibernation) will consume 35 watts/hr।

Based on this we will do a small calculation।

For one week 24 * 7 = 168 Hrs Of this if we consider that we are working for 68 hours, then the PC is in sleeping mode for 100 Hrs a week. For one month 4 * 100 = 400 Hrs In a normal IT office, if we assume approximately 250 PCs are there, 250 * 400 = 1,00,000 Hrs (Sleeping Mode) So the power wasted in an office in a month is, 100000 * 35 = 3500 KWH or units. If the charge per unit is Indian Rs. 6, then totally the wastage value is approximately 21000 Indian rupees./2100 RM (Ringget Malaysia)/ 600 USD

Here the sad thing is not the money loss to the company but the power loss to the country. (Hope no company is bothered about this procedure of keeping the system in sleeping mode)

Apart from the loss to the country we need to think of the efforts people are putting for producing the power in the Mines, Thermal Stations, Hydro electric Stations, etc.
If this is to continue, the cost of unit power will go up & at one stage we will not get power even if we are ready to pay any cost.
So before leaving to home take some time to shut down the PC and do some favour to the country and the organisation.
*** Do it once it will become a Habit... Good Habit... be a good citizen of the world .....

Malaysia Information and History

Comprising the territories of Malaya, Sarawak, and Sabah, Malaysia stretches from peninsular Malaysia to northeastern Borneo in Southeast Asia. Central mountains divide peninsular Malaysia (Malaya), separating the narrow eastern coast from the fertile western plains, with its sheltered beaches and bays. Sarawak and Sabah share the island of Borneo with Indonesia and Brunei, where swamps rise to jungle-covered mountains. Malays make up half the population, and almost all Malays are Muslims. Ethnic Chinese constitute a quarter of Malaysia's people, and Indians some 7 percent—both groups are concentrated on the peninsula's west coast.

In the mid-19th century the United Kingdom began importing Chinese to work the tin mines of Muslim sultanates on the Malay Peninsula; by the turn of the century new rubber plantations employed transported Indian laborers. In 1957 the Federation of Malaya gained independence from Britain. Six years later the colonies of Sarawak and Sabah, on the island of Borneo, and Singapore joined Malaya to form the Federation of Malaysia; Singapore withdrew in 1965. Malaysia is one of the world's largest exporters of semiconductors, electrical goods, and appliances. After a long period of economic growth, Malaysia—like many countries—was hit hard by the Asian financial crisis in the late 1990s. Kuala Lumpur, the nation's capital, anchors the new Multimedia Super Corridor, Asia's equivalent of the U.S.'s Silicon Valley. The government, a federal democracy with a ceremonial king, has ambitious plans to make Malaysia a leading producer and developer of high-tech products, including software.
